What a busy day!

Today was only 1 of 2 days this week when Sam doesn't have a field trip so I had to get plenty in. First I hit value village where I scored a fantastic chair for my back deck. Then I went to the fabric store(I had to it was right next door to V.V) where I got a bunch of linen like material for $1.50 a meter, next was the grocery store which was, you guessed it BORING. By the time I knew it I had to pick Sam up from school.Once we got home it was time to put the groceries away, hang a load on the line and pick some radishes from the garden.
There was a few minutes to sit on the deck, enjoy my yard and have a glass of lemonade.
Soon I was back to work tidying up and bringing Sam to his Gr. 1 tour at West Royalty. For the past month I have been making all the snacks for the kids, which means I had to make a cake and some cookies today too. But since getting rid of the dishwasher the kids have been assigned to clean up the kitchen and do the dishes after dinner so that is one less thing on my long list of things to do. Josh is gone home teaching and I downloaded a market bag pattern so the plan is to get the kids to bed on time and sew until Josh gets hope with my home teaching night treat. A chocolate frosty twist. Mmmmmmm.

I was liking this home teaching treat thing. Is that how it works. You will help kick him out so that he brings home a treat and gets his visits done too. It really works. I really like that idea. You are so good. I have a lot to learn from you.

The back yard is looking great, the deck chair too! What, no dishwasher? Where did it go?
