My day of baking

Yesterday I spent most of my day baking. Since deciding to make all the kids snacks and all of our bread I have been keeping busy with baking every other day. But yesterday I had the added task of making treats for Sam's kindergarten graduation. Usually I am a very tidy baker. I clean up as I go but that wasn't the case today. With lemon bars, mini cakes, cookies, icing, bread and lunch for Sam my kitchen looked like a bomb hit it. But thanks goodness for my little helper who made things go so much smoother.(NOT!) Sam wasn't much of a help but he did supply some much needed comic relief.

I can't beleive Sam is going to be finishing kindergarten today but I will post about that along with some pics later.
